Effective Date: April 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of mylawtampa.com (the “Site“), which is operated by My Law Tampa (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purposes Only

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Content on the Site is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney regarding your particular situation.

Laws change, legal outcomes depend on specific facts, and website content cannot account for every circumstance. You should not act or refrain from acting based solely on information contained on the Site.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Firm or any of its attorneys, employees, or representatives.

  • Browsing the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship
  • Calling the Firm or sending an email does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship
  • Submitting a contact form, consultation request, intake form, or document through the Site does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship
  • Receiving a response from the Firm does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship

An attorney-client relationship exists only after the Firm has completed any necessary review, addressed conflicts as appropriate, and expressly agreed to represent you, typically through a signed engagement agreement or equivalent written confirmation.

3. No Confidential Relationship Before Engagement

Do not send highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, proprietary, or time-sensitive information through the Site unless and until the Firm has expressly agreed to receive it in that context. Information submitted through the Site before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as confidential for all purposes. Submission of information through the Site may also affect the Firm’s ability to represent other parties in certain matters. The Firm reserves the right to decline any inquiry or potential matter.

4. Conflicts and Matter Review

Any communication sent through the Site is subject to conflict review and internal evaluation. The Firm is not obligated to review, accept, or respond to every submission. Until the Firm confirms representation, you should continue to protect your rights, meet deadlines, and seek appropriate legal advice as needed.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Prior results described on the Site, if any, do not guarantee a similar outcome. Results depend on many factors, including the facts, the applicable law, the forum, available evidence, opposing parties, timing, and other circumstances unique to each matter. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any specific result.

6. Accuracy and Completeness

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate and current information on the Site, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to your situation. The Site may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or typographical mistakes. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice.

7. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, accounts, or related systems
  • Interferes with the operation, security, or availability of the Site
  • Introduces malicious code, malware, bots, scrapers, or harmful automated activity
  • Harvests or collects information from the Site without authorization
  • Uses the Site in a misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or infringing manner
  • Misrepresents your identity or submits false or misleading information
  • Uses Site content for unauthorized commercial exploitation

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, including text, copy, design, graphics, logos, branding, page layout, compilations, and other materials, are owned by the Firm or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and download reasonable portions of Site content for personal, non-commercial, lawful use only, provided you do not remove proprietary notices or modify the content in a misleading way. No other use, reproduction, republication, distribution, display, transmission, or creation of derivative works is permitted without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, maps, media, scheduling services, or other resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. The Firm does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Communications Through the Site

If you contact us through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and that you have the right to provide it. You understand that internet communications may not be secure and that submitting information through the Site does not obligate the Firm to provide legal services, respond, or preserve any claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, features, and functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and freedom from viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm and its attorneys, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid solely for access to the Site. The Site is generally provided without charge. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Firm and its attorneys, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, information or materials you submit through the Site, or your misuse of Site content, systems, or communications tools.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding use of the Site, except as supplemented by any additional terms that may apply to specific services, tools, forms, or written engagement materials.
